Charity and Community Involvement
Larry H. Miller employees have always been very active in serving the community. One of the most recent examples was on February 19, 2016 when Larry H. Miller employees teamed up with Catholic Community Services of Northern Utah for the "Bridging the Gap" program deliver meals to elementary school students from low-income families at Roy Elementary.

"When we learned of the amount of children who face hunger in Utah everyday, we knew we had to help," said Larry H. Miller Riverdale General Manager Troy Bullard. " I'm a former Roy Elementary student and having the opportunity to give back at a school I attended makes this experience all the more rewarding."

Larry H. Miller Riverdale employees participate in meal-delivery service activities on a monthly-basis for Roy Elementary. Up to 510 elementary school children pick up food at the school each month.

"There are more than 20,000 students in the Ogden and Weber School districts who participate in the free and reduced lunch program during the school week," said director of of Catholic Community Services of Northern Utah, Randy Chappell. "Unfortunately, they don't have access to these meals on the weekend and that's where 'Bridging the Gap' steps in."
